Each project or package will outline:

Any work requested outside of the agreed scope may incur additional fees.

2. Payment Terms

  • A deposit may be required to secure your booking

  • Final payment is due as outlined in your invoice

  • Late payments may result in delays to delivery or suspension of services

All payments are non-refundable unless otherwise agreed in writing.

3. Cancellations + Rescheduling

  • Booking fees are non-refundable

  • Rescheduling requires reasonable notice

  • We reserve the right to reschedule services due to unforeseen circumstances

4. Client Responsibilities

To ensure the best results, you agree to:

  • Provide accurate and complete information

  • Supply requested content, assets, or access in a timely manner

  • Communicate feedback within agreed timeframes

Delays in communication or materials may impact delivery timelines.

5. Content Creation + Revisions

  • Content is created based on the agreed brief and strategy

  • A set number of revisions may be included (as outlined in your package)

  • Additional revisions may incur extra charges

6. Results Disclaimer

While all content and strategy is created with intention and expertise, we do not guarantee specific results, including but not limited to:

  • Follower growth

  • Engagement levels

  • Leads or sales

Results depend on a variety of factors outside of our control.

7. Intellectual Property & Usage

  • Final content is provided for your business use

  • Storied Socials retains the right to showcase work for portfolio, marketing, and promotional purposes

  • Content may not be resold or redistributed without permission

Unless otherwise agreed, full ownership transfer is not included.

8. Third-Party Platforms

We are not responsible for:

  • Changes to social media algorithms

  • Platform outages or restrictions

  • Performance issues caused by third-party platforms (e.g. Instagram, Facebook)

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Storied Socials is not liable for:

  • Any indirect or consequential loss

  • Loss of revenue, profit, or business opportunities

  • Outcomes resulting from the use of our services

10. Confidentiality

All client information, business details, and data shared with us will be kept confidential and used solely for the purpose of delivering our services.

11. Termination

We reserve the right to terminate services if:

  • Terms are breached

  • Payments are not made

  • Communication breaks down

Any work completed up to termination must be paid for.

12. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms & Conditions at any time. The latest version will be available on our website.

While we aim to create content and strategies that support growth, engagement, and brand alignment, we do not guarantee specific results, including but not limited to follower growth, reach, engagement, leads, or sales.
